Ministers’ Salary Survey

The Ministers' Salary Survey is an annual nationwide survey conducted by the Siburt Institute for Church Ministry that measures minister compensation packages (including allowances and benefits), years of experience, educational background, and other characteristics. By adding one question about church location, we can compare rural, small-town, urban, and suburban ministers.
